Blueberry Broccoli Spinach Salad
Ingredients

- 1/2 Avocado, ripe
- 4 oz Baby spinach, fresh
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Cranberries, dried
- 1/2 tsp Dill, dried
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Parsley, dried
Condiments
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise, good quality homemade or store bought
Baking & Spices
- 1 Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
Oils & Vinegars
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice or white vinegar
Nuts & Seeds
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds, roasted
Dairy
- 1/4 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, plain
